How to track stickers manually
Open your album in Figurix, find the sticker number or team section, and tap to mark it as collected. You can also use quick code entry when you already know the sticker numbers you opened.
How QR comparison works
QR comparison lets two collectors compare missing and repeated stickers privately. One user shows a QR code and the other scans it so Figurix can show possible trade matches without publishing the full album publicly.
How premium scanner works
Premium scanning uses the camera and AI-assisted recognition to identify stickers faster. Camera access is requested only when you use scanning features, and scanning can work without saving photos.
How to restore purchases
Use the restore purchases option inside Figurix. Restores are handled through the App Store or Google Play account used for the original in-app purchase.
How to delete data
Email gerencia@ingeksas.com with the subject "Figurix Data Deletion". Include the information needed to identify your app data, and we will guide you through the deletion process.
How to report a problem
