These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Figurix, a mobile-only football sticker collection app for iOS and Android operated by INGEK S.A.S. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Figurix, you agree to these terms.
1. App use
Figurix helps users track football sticker albums, scan stickers, compare albums, and find possible trades. You are responsible for keeping your device, account, and trade decisions secure.
2. No official affiliation
Figurix is not affiliated with FIFA, Panini, Apple, Google, football federations, teams, leagues, players, or tournament organizers unless officially stated. Names and references may be used only to describe compatibility, context, or the football sticker collecting experience.
3. Trades and collector interactions
Users are responsible for their own trades. Figurix may help identify possible matches between missing and repeated stickers, but it does not guarantee trade quality, item condition, authenticity, safety, delivery, or the behavior of other collectors. Use common sense when meeting or trading with anyone.
4. Community behavior
You may not use Figurix for harassment, threats, hate, scams, spam, abusive messages, unsafe meetups, illegal conduct, or attempts to manipulate reputation, badges, trade matches, or community features. We may limit or remove access if we believe behavior is harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
5. Premium purchases
Premium features may be offered through App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. Purchase processing, refunds, payment methods, taxes, and restoration are handled according to the applicable App Store or Google Play rules. Figurix may use purchase status to unlock, restore, or validate premium features.
6. Permissions and device features
Some features require optional device permissions such as camera, photos, or approximate location. You can deny or disable permissions in your device settings. Certain features may not work without the relevant permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse Figurix except where law allows it.
- Interfere with app security, scanning systems, purchase validation, or trade-matching systems.
- Upload, import, or share content that violates rights, laws, or platform rules.
- Use Figurix in a way that harms other users, minors, platforms, or third parties.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including free and premium features. We may also change these terms by posting a new version on this page.
9. Privacy
Use of Figurix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available publicly at /privacy.
10. Disclaimers
Figurix is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that scanning, OCR, nearby matching, trade recommendations, or app availability will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figurix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of stickers, failed trades, or issues caused by third-party platforms, stores, networks, or users.
